Local residents - and the world – got a firsthand look Friday night at Hurricane Earl’s impact on Wareham, via the ’Ham Cam. Aptly named by Conservation Agent David Pichette, the ’Ham Cam is a hand-held video camera linked to WCTV, where its signal can be streamed online and cablecast on the local community access cable channels.
